In order to secure a spot in a container for the 2024 worlds in Brisbane, NZOKDA is asking anyone wanting to go to pay a $500 deposit.

Some more info:
1. The intention is to send 1 container from Napier for all boats in Napier/Wellington/Taranaki/SI and 1 or 2 from Auckland. 
2. 6 boats fit in a 20ft and 12 in a 40ft. In order to keep cost low, we want to send full containers ideally.
3. The current shipping cost is estimated at approx. $2000 return per boat.

The deposits are to secure your space in a container. These deposits are not refundable (except under exceptional circumstances). We aim to book enough container space based on deposits, if you do not pay a deposit, it is likely you will not get a space.

 If you have paid a deposit and want to pull out of the Worlds, you should work with NZOKDA to find a replacement – if you can find a replacement, your deposit can be transferred to them, and they can reimburse you. If a replacement can’t be found, you will lose your deposit.
